Nicole Bianco

Originally from Boston, Nicole has always, from a very young age, had a love for art. Also a writer, she has combined her writing and her artwork in a book which will soon be published.
Her early works of art are defined by the exploration of sketching. She studied at Boston University and formally trained under various artists, developing and strengthening her technique. However, for the past 8 years she has enjoyed and explored many different forms of art expression. Ranging from figurative to abstract, Nicole brings texture and depth to her work by using plaster base canvases and acrylic paints to create layers of color ultimately revealing a painting that comes from within. “Painting is a process and an exercise for me to embrace how a painting evolves without focusing on the result.” Nicole is passionate
about art and sharing her art with others in this spirit. She hopes that with each work she provokes an
emotional response for her audience so that they may also recognize something within themselves.
She has participated in numerous exhibitions, and has exposed her work in several cafe galleries. Nicole’s greatest desire as a painter is simply to continue to grow and discover new depths. You can find more of her work and writings on her face book page: www.facebook.com/ELOCIN-ART
